Product information:  

Ballistic Beer Co. is conducting a recall of their Hawaiian Haze Pale Ale 375mL, Hawaiian Haze IPA 375mL and Reef Pale Ale 375mL. The product has been available for sale at Liquorland in NSW & QLD, Vintage Cellars in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, NT & TAS, independent liquor retailers in NSW, QLD, SA & VIC and First Choice, Dan Murphy’s and BWS nationally. 

Product details: 

  • Hawaiian Haze Pale Ale 375mL 

    • Available as single cans, 4 pack or carton of 16 

    • Best Before dates: BB051022 up to and including BB280223 

  • Hawaiian Haze IPA 375mL 

    • Available as single cans, 4 pack or carton of 16 

    • Best Before dates: BB151222 

  • Reef Pale Ale 375mL 

    • Available as single cans, 4 pack or carton of 24 

    • Best Before dates: BB040223 

Problem: The recall is due to secondary fermentation.   

Food safety hazard: Food products containing excess alcohol and carbonation may cause illness/injury if consumed. 

Country of origin: Australia 

What to do​: Consumers should not drink or open this product and should dispose of it safely. Please contact Ballistic Beer Co. for safe disposal instructions and to arrange for reimbursement.
