Murray River Smokehouse is conducting a recall of their Salami (mild and peppered). These products have been available for sale at Harris Farm Markets; Thyme to Taste; Uncles Small Goods; Goldfields Grocers and Milawa Cheese in NSW and Victoria. 

Date markings:  

Murray River Smokehouse salami mild, 180g, Best Before 25FEB2023 

Murray River Smokehouse salami pepper, 180g, Best Before 06MAR2023 

Problem: The recall is due to microbial (Salmonella) contamination.

Food safety hazard: Food products contaminated with Salmonella may cause illness if consumed.

Country of origin: Australia

What to do​: Consumers should not eat these products and should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
