The NSW Food Authority advises:
Pastoral Ham & Beef P/L has recalled Easy Cut Shoulder Ham sold at Costco in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA.
The product is being recalled as a result of routine testing by the company which has identified microbial (Listeria Monocytogenes) contamination.
Product details are:
- Easy Cut Shoulder Ham in plastic cryovac bag, approx. 3kgs.
- Use By 02 MAR 2016
Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems. Consumers should not eat this product. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice. The product can be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
