- Smith’s Cheese & Onion 45g & 170g
- Smith’s Original 6 pack
- Smith’s Original 19g included in the 20 pack Fun Mix.
The Smith’s Cheese & Onion packs were available for sale in Woolworths, Coles and independent and convenience stores in NSW and QLD.
The Smith’s Original packs were available for sale in Woolworths, Coles, IGA, and independent and convenience stores in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
Date markings
- Smith’s Cheese & Onion 45g & 170g - Best Before 17 SEP 23 (marked with DA), time stamp between 20:28 – 22:28
- Smith’s Original 6 pack & Smith’s Original 19g included in the 20 pack Fun Mix - Best Before 10 SEP 23
Problem: The recall is due to the potential presence of foreign matter (plastic pieces).
Food safety hazard: Food products containing plastic pieces may cause illness/injury if consumed.
Country of origin: Australia
What to do: Consumers should not eat this product and should contact Smith’s Snackfood Company to arrange a full refund.
