Registers subject to change

Advice for users and webmasters.

The information in the registers changes regularly:

• new notices are published weekly
• changes can be made to add, correct or remove information as required or the Food Authority considers appropriate
• details are removed after the publication period ends:
   
  • penalty notices
    12 months from the date they were first eligible to be published
  • prosecutions
    2 years from the date they were first eligible to be published.
