Guide dogs

Guide dog users in NSW are allowed to enter all public places with their harnessed guide dog, including food service businesses such as:

  • restaurants
  • cafes
  • pubs
  • clubs.

If a guide dog is in a harness it means it's working and assisting a blind or visually impaired person to move around safely and independently.
